ROWIE'S MOUTH WATERING RASPBERRY LAYER CAKE

Rowie's newest creation. Rowie's soft potato flour sponge, clothed in fresh macerated raspberries from the southern highlands, then coated with a lemon icing sugar blanket, which seals in the raspberries and gives your cheeks a flush on tasting.

Ingredients:
Farm laid eggs, Caster sugar, potato flour,
lemon juice, fresh macerated Raspberries, lemon zest
and pure icing sugar.
Free of: wheat, yeast, gluten, dairy, nut, soy
